Easy Returns and Refunds | King of the Mountain

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at king@kingofthemountain.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to state and sometimes Federal laws about hygiene. Hats if worn or altered in any way and some long underwear items can't be exchanged. We suggest a simple test: would I be OK knowing someone else had worn this?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on some sale items or gift cards, however we do make some exchanges happen. In the end, we really want you to be happy. What we make lasts generations.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at king@kingofthemountain.com. Yes, the old man handles customer service because he's a royal pain in the ass if anyone else tells a customer what he would never want to hear himself. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  In the end, you'll spend hours, days, years and laugh through generations of our products' lifetimes.  But we simply do not EVER write refunds for any reason.
